After his many theatrical successes he became interested in artist management. For several years he worked with a variety of talent, supporting, encouraging, and helping them attain new career heights.
Scott then made the move to California and began work as an agent to many top celebrities. Four years ago he launched his own boutique agency, continuing to handle top celebrities and developing new talent.
